The EMDR for ADHD Manual will be available in 2025. This manual will provide EMDR trained therapists with everything they need to effectively use EMDR with clients who have an ADHD diagnosis.

The EMDR for ADHD Manual will be broken into three sections:

1: Why EMDR for ADHD?

2. How to use EMDR with those diagnosed with ADHD

3. How to use EMDR to address ADHD symptoms and challenges

This manual will be written in an easy to use and consumable format.
